60/90 minutes treatment offered for subsequent sessions depending on advisory and preference.

Sessions may include myofascial release, deep and soft tissue work, hot stones, trigger point therapy, acupressure, stretching, and self-care guidance. The pace is slow and rhythmic to calm the nervous system, allowing deeper work to be more effective and comfortable.

This holistic approach is grounded in a biopsychosocial understanding of pain - supporting a wide range of conditions, from chronic pain and postural imbalances to stress-related tension and muscular overuse.

A nurturing and grounding treatment designed to gently peel back the layers of tension to purposefully create spaciousness, natural and engergetic alignment.

This treatment extends far beyond the face. Thoughtful attention is given to the neck, scalp, chest, shoulders, arm and hands. We will soften the body with hot stones, fascial work, acupressure and soft tissues to encourage true opening - enhancing structural harmony of the facial tissues and skin.

Using organic oils, you can expect, long, slow strokes and refined rhythmic sculpting techniques that melt tension, lift the facial contours and brighten the complexion and spirit.

ayurvedic yoga massage

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is a unique system of bodywork that combines deep tissue massage with coordinated breathing and assisted yoga stretches.

The treatment is performed on a mat on the floor for free movement and flow and allows the therapist to incorporate the use of the hands and feet as tools for massage. The utilisation of the feet allows for deeper and more thorough pressure through long and graceful strokes. The massage is supported by gentle mobilisations, tractions and assisted (passive) yoga stretches. These help lengthen the tissues in a functional way, useful if you’ve had injuries. Through these gentle movements we help relax the tendons and ligaments, and improve the synovial fluid in joints.

A topical ayurvedic herb is applied giving a pleasant exfoliating feeling, but mainly helps improve circulation, warming up the muscles and movement of the fascia, intensifying the benefits of the massage.
