The policies below are put in place to protect both you’re time as well as ours.
Please read and agree to the below before booking to ensure that we can continue a smooth running practice.
Life happens and things come up - we’d much rather hold space for you then to charge a fee for not making your session. Please get in touch within the 48 hour window if you need to reschedule your appointment.
Booking & Payment
To secure your appointment, payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment details will be sent in your welcome email after your initial enquiry.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice so your appointment can be offered to someone else.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you are welcome to reschedule within 24 hours for another available appointment to avoid a late-cancellation fee.
If a cancellation is made within 12 hours of your appointment, the full session fee is retained, as it is very unlikely the space can be filled.
Of course, we understand that unexpected events can happen, such as sudden illness, transportation issues, or emergencies. Each case will be considered individually, and we aim to be as fair and understanding as possible.
Late Cancellations
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice and do not reschedule within the 24-hour grace period, a 50% late-cancellation fee will apply.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your appointment and haven’t provided notice, the full session fee will be retained.
Again, we will consider exceptional circumstances individually — my goal is to be fair while also protecting my time as a self-employed practitioner.
Lateness
If you arrive late, I will always do my best to offer the full session if my schedule allows.
However, this may not always be possible, and your session may still need to finish at the original time to respect other clients.
In these situations, the full session fee still applies.
Client Health Information
Prior to your session, you will be asked to fill an intake form.
This will be for comfort and safety and an opportunity for you to let us know before your session if you have any allergies, previous injuries, or medical conditions that may be relevant to your treatment.
Illness
If you are feeling unwell, please get in touch as soon as possible. I may ask to reschedule your appointment if treatment may not be safe or beneficial.
Payment of Fees
All treatments must be paid for in full before booking.
Any outstanding fees due to late cancellation or no-shows must be settled before booking future sessions.
